has received a 鈧�11m contract from the Central Finland Student Housing Foundation to construct a new in Jyv盲skyl盲, Finland.
Located in the centre of Jyv盲skyl盲, it is claimed to be the first project to be developed as part of the new Tourulan Pajala town plan area.
With approximately 4,500m虏 of floor space, the seven-storey building will feature 121 apartments, as well as a lounge and sauna facilities.
Construction is set to commence in September this year, with the project anticipated to conclude by the end of next year.
The entire block’s underground parking facility construction will begin simultaneously alongside the other block’s components, being built in sections.
A shared courtyard will be constructed above the parking facility.
